Cancellation & Change Policy

Thanks for shopping with SportifyGearz. Plans change — here is how cancelling or changing an order works and what to expect.

1. Order Cancellation & Changes

To cancel or change your order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund or adjustment. After that, whether we can still cancel or change it depends on how far the order has progressed in production.

Important: Once an order enters production we start making your items right away, so cancellations and changes may no longer be possible.

2. Shipping Address Requirements

Please enter your full shipping address correctly — including house number and street name — to avoid delays or lost parcels.

Address Verification: Double-check your shipping details before you pay. An incorrect address can cause delivery delays or a failed delivery.

3. Failed Delivery Responsibility

If a delivery fails because the address provided was incorrect, the customer is responsible for the resulting costs, including:

Extra shipping charges for re-delivery
Return shipping if the parcel comes back to us
Any carrier fees for address corrections
Loss of the parcel if it can be neither delivered nor returned

4. How to Cancel or Modify Your Order

Within the 12-hour window:

Email: email our support team right away
Include: your order number and exactly what you’d like to change
Response Time: we reply within 2–4 hours during business hours

5. Refund Processing

If your cancellation is approved:

Your refund is processed within 3–5 business days
It is returned to your original payment method
You receive an email confirmation once it’s issued

6. Production Status

Orders usually enter production within 24–48 hours. Once production starts:

Cancellation may no longer be possible
Design or specification changes may carry an extra charge
We’ll let you know if a requested change can’t be made
